Great features: Easy to understand stats, for the DIYers. Takes care of unsubscribes. Tells you who's opening and clicking and who's not. Notifies you of bounces (email addresses that don't work). Compares your stats to others in your industry, to see how you're doing. Lovely themes/templates. Great widgets. Etc... How long have I got? D Been using MailChimp for only a few months now.
